Interenet Bid #'s begin with 2

In Person Bid #'s begin with 3

Next to the bid # will be the state from which the bid was received.

(example  #200-OH - would be a internet bid from Ohio)

Bids are accepted in $50, and $100 increments until $1600.00

Then only $100.00 increments above $1600.00

other amounts will be rejected and your bid returned.

AT 3:00 PM WE WILL BEGIN "BIDDING OFF" TWO CALVES EACH HALF HOUR UNTIL ALL CALVES ARE SOLD.

In order to be a part of the "BIDDING OFF" you must have a bid on a calf by 3p.m.

Calves are sold highest to lowest bid.

"BIDDING OFF" refers to the two most recent bids and any buyers dropping down from a previously sold calf they were not successfull in purchasing.

Example:  Heifer #1 final bid at 3 pm is$1,500.00; the next to last bid $1,450.00 .  We will ask if the next to last bidder (1450.00) would like to go any higher-  in this case the next bid would be $1550.00  if NO then the $1500.00 is successfull and the heifer is sold. 

Heifer #2 is next.

The final bid at 3pm was$1400.00.  and the next to last bidder was $1300.00.  We will ask the$1300.00 bid would they like to go to $1450.00.  We would also allow the losing bid from Heifer # 1 the chance to bid on Heifer#2 at$ 1450.00 if they would like. etc.etc.
